摘要
本文是在NaOH溶液-CO_2体系中模拟铜熔池熔炼的传质过程,测定了容量传质系数AK_L,考查了风量、喷咀高度、喷咀角度以及喷咀开通位置对传质过程的影响。采用计算机对试验数据进行实时采集和处理,建立了射流轨迹轴线的回归方程及传质方程。通过对容量传质系数的比较,确定有关的最佳工艺参数、依据试验结果及理论分析,对铜熔池熔炼炉的改进提出了建议。
Simulating study of thc mass transfer of smelting process for copper melting bath iscarried out in the system of CO_2-NaOH solution. By means of that, the coefficient AKLfor the volumetrical mass transfer is measured, and the effects of the wind rate, the jethight, the angle of jet size and the position of jet on the mass transfer process are teste. Themass transfer equation and the regression equation for the axial line of jet path are estab-lished with computer data acquisition and data handling. The optimum process parametersare selected from the comparison with the volumetrical mass transfer coefficients. Based onthe results of experiment and theoretical analysis, an improvement for smelting furnacewith melting bath is suggested.
