飞秒激光制作角膜瓣LASIK手术矫正近视的初步临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察飞秒激光制角膜瓣准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(LASIK)矫正高、中、低度近视的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析79例飞秒激光制角膜瓣LASIK矫正近视的疗效,高度近视组为术前等效球镜屈光度≥-6.00D,有45例,中、低度近视组为术前等效球镜屈光度<-6.00D,有34例。两组均在Visx S4 IR准分子激光设备行LASIK手术。术后1d、1周、1个月和3个月行视力、屈光和泪液相关检查。结果分析表明术后高度近视和中低度近视组UCVA≥术前BSCVA百分比两组比例接近,疗效均较好,随访显示术后3个月有较高的屈光稳定性,但术后3个月时两组均泪液分泌减少、泪膜破裂时间缩短。结论应用飞秒激光制角膜瓣LASIK是矫正高、中、低度近视安全、有效的方法,有良好的可预测性和稳定性,但对泪液动力学有一定的影响。
