摘要
目的:了解增城市社区老人活动中心(下面简称中心)牌具卫生质量状况。方法:调查增城市内8家较大规模的中心,随机抽取122份牌具样本进行细菌总数、大肠菌群、沙门氏致病菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)等微生物学检测。结果:经常消毒组和未经常消毒组的牌具表面细菌总数超标率分别为11.4%和76.9%,大肠菌群总检出率为5.7%,沙门氏致病菌和HBsAg均未检出,金黄色葡萄球菌在经常消毒组未检出,而在未经常消毒组中检出4份,检出率为7.7%。结论:增城市社区老人活动中心牌具卫生状况不容乐观,为避免由其引起的健康卫生问题发生,相关部门应加强对这类场所的卫生监督管理。
Objective：In order to know and evaluate the hygienic condition of Mahjong in community senior activity centers（referred to as the centers below） in Zengcheng.Methods： Taking 122 samples randomly in eight large-scale centers in Zengcheng for investigation.All the samples were examine for aerobic bacterial count,Coliform bacteria,Salmonella bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus and hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg）.Results： 11.4% samples of the regular disinfection group were detected with aerobic bacterial count on the surface of the Mahjong above the standard,and the without regular disinfection group was 76.9%.The total detection rate of Coliform bacteria was 5.7%（7/122）.Salmonella bacteria and HBsAg were not detected.Staphylococcus aureus was not detected in the regular disinfection group,but it was detected in 4 samples of without regular disinfection group,the detection rate was 7.7%（4/52）.Conclusion： The results showed that the overall sanitary level of Mahjong in the centers was not satisfactory in Zengcheng.In order to avoid health and hygiene problems,the relevant government departments should enhance hygiene supervision and management in such places.
