摘要
本文从冬季寒冷期室外温度变化的实际情况出发,根据不稳定传热原理,导出了在典型温度曲线外扰作用下,内表面温度响应的理论计算式。在此基础上,提出一种新的保温设计方法。该法能准确地考虑围护结构热阻和热容量在不稳定传热情况下抗外扰的实际能力,设计者可以很方便地利用R-C曲线图来选择和比较各种构造方案。
Considering the actual situation of temperature variation in the cold season,based on the non-steady heat transfer mechanism,a formula of theoretical computation for calculating the internal surface temperature response has been derivated under the action of the typical ambient temperature perturbation.Therefore,a new method used for design of heat insulation is proposed,which deals accurately with the actual ability to resist ambient perturbation for the heat resistance and heat capacity on the condition of non-steady heat transfer.The R-C curves given in this paper can be used to choose and compare various structural design.
