血清铁蛋白在早期糖尿病肾病人群的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:明确血清铁蛋白在早期糖尿病肾病患者中与血糖、尿白蛋白/肌酐、尿白蛋白排泄量、血脂等的相关规律,为降铁防治早期糖尿病肾病提供依据。方法:选择2型糖尿病组40例及正常对照组20例,根据24 h尿白蛋白排泄量将糖尿病组分为正常白蛋白尿组(NA组)10例、微量白蛋白尿组(MA组)19例与临床蛋白尿组(PR组)11例。采用放免法测定尿白蛋白、比色法测定尿肌酐、免疫比浊法测定尿白蛋白排泄量。结果:T2DM各组血清铁蛋白、尿白蛋白/肌酐均高于正常对照组,且PR组高于MA组与NA组(P<0.05),MA组高于NA组(P<0.05)。PR组和MA组FBG均高于NA组(P<0.05)。血清铁蛋白与TC(=0.37,<0.01)、LDL(=0.41,<0.01)、尿白蛋白/肌酐(=0.32,<0.01)、血肌酐(=0.39,<0.01)呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清铁蛋白在2型糖尿病患者中升高,并随尿白蛋白排泄量增加而升高,铁蛋白在糖尿病肾病的发生中起一定作用。
