摘要
本文探讨了一种建立在可靠性科学基础上,以小能量多次冲击方法宏观评定硬质合金凿岩元件韧性的试验方法,应用此方法可以筛选硬质合金凿岩决,排除由于其自身缺陷,如微裂纹与气孔等而导致脆胜断裂的不合格产品。
On the basis of scientific reliability, this paper studies a method for determining the toughness of WC-Co rock drilling cutters by frequent impact with low energy. This method can sellect drilling cutters of WC-Co hard metal and get rid of unqualified cutters which usually have microcracks, micropore and other defects, which can cause fracture failure of embrittlement.
