摘要
本文论述了球罐焊接工艺评定的重要性、内客、程序等,并对球罐焊接时可能产生的缺陷进行了讨论,提出了有效地防止措施。同时简单分析了球罐焊接时,焊接工艺各参数间的关系以及保证球罐焊接质量的关键。
This paper describes the importance, content and procedures, etc. of the welding technology assessment. The defects possibly appeared in welding the spherical pressure vessel are discussed and precautions are put forward in the paper. At the same time, the relationship among various welding technology parameters and the key factors that guarantee the welding quality of spherical pressure vessels.
