小组互评式方法对护理本科生护基操作技能提升效果的影响 被引量:4

Preliminary research of carrying out peer evaluation in group on increasing undergraduate nurse manipulation skills

摘要 目的了解影响本科护理系学生操作技能提升的相关因素,为培养高素质的应用型护理人才提供依据。方法比较两学年220名护理本科生的实践操作技能及理论考核,分析影响学生掌握操作技能的因素。结果2008级理论考试成绩为(87.10±7.50)分(t=4.77,P〈0.01),操作考试成绩为(91.09±5.07)分(t=3.92,P〈0.01),与2007级比较差异具有统计学意义。结论实行小组互评式操作技能培训方法,结合课外开放实验室、模拟病例及护理技能操作竞赛,可明显提升学生的实践操作技能。 Objective To explore related factors influencing undergraduate nurse manipulation skills and provide basis for educating high-quality nurses. Methods Totally 220 nursing undergraduates were collected and manipulation skills, theory assessing score were compared within 2 academic years. Results The theroy test scores for 2008 grode students is ( 87.10± 7.50 ) points, ( t = 4. 77, P 〈 0.01 ) ; operation test scores is ( 91.09 ±5.07 ) points ( t = 3.92, P 〈 0. 01 ). there is a statistical significance difference compared with 2007 grade student. Conclusions The manipulation skills could be increased by peer evaluation in group, opening laboratory, imitating patient and competition on manipulation skills.
