摘要
橡碗栲胶与苯酚、甲醛等物质反应,其产物可在170~280℃范围内形成凝胶。胶凝时间40分钟到15小时。磺化度较低的栲胶成胶效果较好。栲胶改性反应的最佳配料比为栲胶:苯酚:甲醛(质量)=10:2.8:8。改性物在pH4~9的范围内均可成胶。加入金属离子能显著缩短胶凝时间。凝胶耐酸、碱、盐及高温。该堵剂配方可用于蒸汽采油过程中的地层封堵。
A high temperature plugging agent is prepared by reacting acorn cup tannin extract with phenol and formaldehyde.The modified tannin extract can form gel at temperature 170~280℃ and pH4~9. The gelation time varies from 40 minutes to 15 hours. The experiments indicate that tannin extract with relatively low extent of sulphonation is suitable for gelation.The reactants for preparing modified tannin extract should be in a proper ratio, i.e,tannin extract to phenol to formaldehyde being 10 to 2.8 to 8. The existence of metallic ions can accelerate the process of gelation.The gel is heat resistant. It doesn't dissolve in acid, base or brine.
