摘要
本文提出了一种可以处理渐开线直齿轮动态设计问题的设计方法。这一设计方法的特点是由机械振动的基本理论出发,将传动轴和齿轮视为一个动态体系来考虑,而不象传统的齿轮动态设计那样,仅仅考虑齿轮块的振动问题.本文提出的方法可以推广到处理多级齿轮传动问题.此方法接近工程实际,便于工程应用,并可用微机实现.
A designing method,which can be used for solving problems of dynamic designs,is proposed in this paper.This method,in which the dynamic system of the combination of shafts and spur-gears is considered based on the theory of mechanical vibration,is different from the typical methods,in which only the spur-gear block is onsidered.The method can be extended for solving transmission problems of multi-stage spur-gears.Also,the method approaches to real design problems and can be used for practical design using microcompu-ters.
