摘要
本文通过5DX-FTIR 光谱仪,采用“原位”测定法,对甲基六氢苯酐(MEHHPA)固化双酚 A 型环氧树脂反应动力学进行了研究.用 Kamal 模型处理得到体系的反应级数皆为2,并求得了 E-51/MEHHPA 和E-51/MEHHPA/DMP-30两个体系在三个不同反应温度下的反应速率常数.研究发现,促进剂的加入,可以降低反应活化能,提高速率常数,从而使固化反应加速.
In this paper,the reaction kineties of biphenyl A epoxy resin cured with MEHHPA has been studied with the in-situ IR determination method by using 5DX FTIR spectrometer.The reaction degrees of the E-51/MEHHPA and E-51/MEHHPA/ DMP-30 systems,each being two,are calculated by Kamcl Model,and the reaction rate constant at three different temperatures of the corresponding systems are also obtained via Kamel Model.The studies show that the reaction active energy can be decreased and the rate constant can be increased by adding in accelerating agent,thus the acceleration of cur-ing rate can be resulted.
