摘要
斯特林制冷机是近30年才兴起的一种低温制冷机,其热力过程和循环同常规的制冷机有很大不同.本文运用变质量系统热力学原理,提出综合分析斯特林循环中热力、传热和交变流动过程的计算机全模拟分析方法.以杭州制氧机厂生产的3LY-0.8/194产品为例进行了典型计算,得到循环过程全部热工参数(包括热力、传热和流动参数)的瞬时变化及一周的循环参数,计算结果与试验比较吻合.本方法不仅可以获得斯特林循环机内复杂过程的详细信息,为制冷机设计和改进提供依据,而且因计算工作量不大,便于在工程实际中使用.
This paper suggests a computational simulating analysis in which the thermodynamic
processes,heat transfer processes and aerodynamic flow losses are taken into account
simultaneously,and the instantaneous and average parameters of working gas at each
component are given in detail.A typical calculation has been made for 3LY-0.8/194
Stifling refrigerator manufactured by Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Manufactory.The results of
calculation and experiment are in reasonable agreement.The method suggested here is not
only better to reveal the complex processes occurring in an actual Stirling cycle refrigerator,
but also useful for engineering design.
