摘要
针对铝合金的压铸工艺特点和充型凝固过程的不透明性,采用华铸CAE软件对铸件进行模流分析,预测铝合金轮圈压铸缺陷位置,优化模具结构设计.模拟结果显示,采用双流道充型平稳,温度场分布均匀,具有较少的气体夹杂和冷隔等倾向,压铸件整体质量较高.
In this paper,the filling and solidification of an aluminum alloy rim in pressure die casting was simulated by HuaZhu CAE software,which can forecast the position of the defects during the casting process of the aluminum,and optimize the process of die mould design that is good for the die casting process characteristic of aluminum alloy and the opacity of mould filling process.The simulated results show that a smooth filling,uniform temperature distribution,less gas inclusion and cool shut,and better quality of die casting parts can be obtained by using double vane die casting system.
