摘要
病证结合动物模型是可以同时达到现代医学的疾病诊断标准,同时又能充分体现中医辨证特点的新型动物模型,对于中药新药创制和疗效判定以及中医证型的本质阐释,具有十分重要的意义。文章以2型糖尿病为切入点,探讨建立病证结合动物模型的方法,提出了研究的新方法和新思路。
Combination of syndrome and disease animal model is a new type of animal model,which could both acquire the level of disease diagnosis of modern medicine and reflect the characteristic of pattern identification of Chinese medicine.It,s very important to create new drugs of TCM and also fundamental to explain the essence of pattern of syndrome.This article put type 2 diabetes as the breakthrough point,approached the method to found combination of syndrome and disease animal model,and suggested the new method and new thread of this research.
