摘要
黎明乡位于丽江市玉龙县西北部,是一个以傈僳、纳西、彝、苗等为主的少数民族贫困社区。该区旅游资源丰富,交通条件差,经济基薄弱,社区参与旅游开发能力有限,阻碍旅游业的健康发展,旅游无法发挥出扶贫功能,基于此,提出了政府主导型的旅游开发策略。
Liming Xiang is located in northwestern yulong county, Lijiang, it is a poor mountain ethnic minority with Naxi, Yi, Lisu, Miao ethnic minorities and so on. The tourist resources are rich, but the traffic condition is poor, the economic foundation is weak, and the community participation in tourism development ability is limited, whicb prevent the healthy development of tourism, tourists cannot play up poverty alleviation, based on the situation, the article puts forward government - oriented tourism development strategy.
