摘要
研制光隔离器,关键技术之一在于经抛光后的法拉第旋光片在饱和磁化条件下,其磁偏角必须为45°。否则,隔离度将严重下降。本文给出了测量其磁偏角的测试系统。精度较高,且外加磁场强度连续可调,以满足具有不同饱和磁化条件的各种法拉第旋光材料的测试。
One of the key techniques for producing optical isolatoris that the magnetic dip of Faraday rotatory slice is 45°in the conditionof saturated magnetization after the slice be polished. Otherwise,isolation should be decrease seriously. In this paper, we provide ameasure system for the magnetic dip. It has higher precision, and themagnetic density of outside can be regulated continually, so it cancontent measurement which of all kinds of Faraday rotatory materialwith the different conditions of saturated magnetization.
