摘要
介绍了天然气冷热电联供系统(CCHP)的应用背景及工作原理,考虑发电内部成本、外部成本后,分别比较了天然气发电与燃煤发电、可再生能源发电的综合效益,以及天然气CCHP相对纯天然气发电的优势,得出了天然气CCHP是继高污染燃煤发电之后、规模化成熟应用可再生能源发电之前必然广泛采用的过渡性发电方式的结论。并在深入研究市场各方利益后,提出用天然气联供系统达到各方利益最大化的一些政策建议。
This paper begins with a brief introduction to the application background and working principle of combined cold heat and power system(CCHP) of natural gas.Regarding the generating internal and external cost,the comprehensive benefits of natural gas CCHP are compared with those of coal-fired power generation and renewable energy generation respectively,showing the natural gas CCHP′s relative advantages over the pure natural gas power generation.It is concluded that natural gas CCHP is the inevitable transition between the high-polluting coal-fired power generation and the large-scale application of renewable energy power generation.Finally,some policy recommendations on natural gas CCHP are proposed after in-depth study on interests of all parties in the market.
