摘要
首先给出传感器管理的一般概念、原则和基本功能；然后讨论了传感器—目标配对及目标优先级排序问题，在此基础上构造了一个传感器对目标的效能函数；最后以综合效能最大为最优准则，提出了传感器分配的算法，并给出仿真结果。
The generic concept, principle and basic function of sensor management are introduced. The problems of sensor-target pairing and target priority are analyzed, and the efficiency function based on pairing and priority functions is put forward. An algorithm for distribution of sensor resources is given which is optimized by principle of maximum synthesis efficiency. Simulation results of this algorithm are given at last.
