摘要
中职学校的常规管理是增强德育工作的主动性、针对性、和实效性的基础性工作,也是德育科研的重要课题,因此,科学构建和完善德育管理体系,实施精细化管理,既是一个现实的课题,也是一个理论研究课题。
The new century sets up a new claim for moral education in secondary vocational schools.Regular management is a basic part of it and an important subject of the scientific research on it.The article expounds how to construct and improve moral education system so as to implement the refined management.
