摘要
目的 探讨术前服用非那雄胺对经尿道前列腺等离子体切除术围手术期出血的影响.方法 将符合入选标准的110例前列腺增生患者随机分成两组,实验组(55例)术前服用非那雄胺1周,对照组(55例)术前未服用非那雄胺,对两组PKRP患者的围手术期临床资料进行比较.结果 110例PKRP术均获得成功.与对照组比较,实验组的术后冲洗时间、术后冲洗液量、术后失血量均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).而术中冲洗液量、术中失血量、平均切除1克前列腺组织失血量、手术时间、切除前列腺重量与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 术前服用非那雄胺能减少PKRP术后出血.
Objective To evaluate the effect of finasteride on perioperative bleeding following Plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP).Methods 110 patients with BPH were scheduled for PKRP,55 of them were received 5mg of finasteride daily for one week before surgery and the other 55 patients were as control.A comparative study of clinical data was made between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,postoperative irrigating time,postoperative irrigating fluid volume,postoperative blood loss in finasteride group were significantly less (P〈O.OS),whereas the age,volume of prostate,score of IPSS,operating time, intraoperative irrigating fluid volume,intraoperative blood loss,blood loss of 1 gram prostate tissue for resection,and resection prostate weight were not significantly different between the two groups (P〉0.05).Conclusion The use of finastefide before PKRP can reduce postoperative bleeding.
