摘要
目的探讨惠州市临床护士主观幸福感及影响因素。方法采用我国段建华修订后的总体幸福感量表,对惠州市3间大型综合医院859名临床护士进行调查,分析其主观幸福感总体情况及年龄、学历、职称及所在临床科室对护士主观幸福感的影响。结果惠州市临床护士主观幸福感总平均分为72.7分,不同年龄、学历、职称及所在临床科室的护士主观幸福感的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄小、低职称及高学历的临床护士主观幸福感水平高;内科、妇科较急诊科、儿科、外科的临床护士的主观幸福感水平高,而内科与妇科临床护士主观幸福感水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),外科与儿科的临床护士的主观幸福感水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论惠州市临床护士主观幸福感处于中等水平,年龄、学历、职称及所在临床科室影响临床护士的主观幸福感,影响作用从大到小依次为:科室、年龄、职称、学历;年龄越大、职称越高的护士主观幸福感越低;本科学历护士主观幸福感优于大专及中专学历护士;急诊科、儿科、外科护士主观幸福感较内科、妇科低。
Objective To explore subjective well-being （SWB） of clinical nurses and its influencing factors in Huizhou. Methods 859 nurses in three large general hospitals in Huizhou were surveyed with The Overall Well-being Scale revised by Duan Jian-hua. The influence of age, educational background, professional title, and departments on the overall SWB of clinical nurses was analyzed. Results The average score of SWB were 72.7 and there was statistical significance of SWB for nurses with different ages, educational backgrounds, professional titles, and departments （P〈0.05）; young nurses, and those with junior professional title and those with higher education degree were with higher levels of SWB; nurses in department of internal medicine, gynecology were with higher SWB than those in emergency, pediatrics and surgery departments; while there was no statistical significance of the comparison among the SWB of nurses in department of internal medicine and gynecology, surgery and pediatric （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The SWB of clinical nurses are at middle level, and factors such as age, educational background, professional title and department exert influence on it.
