摘要
米格列醇是1-脱氧野尻霉素的N-羟乙基衍生物,对胰淀粉酶和α-葡萄糖苷酶具有高亲和力,能够抑制二糖、多糖和复合糖的水解,延缓葡萄糖和其它单糖的吸收,降糖效果显著,已成为治疗2型糖尿病的首选药物。文章系统地综述了米格列醇与其它治疗2型糖尿病的药物的疗效及米格列醇的合成方法。
Miglitol that is a ramification of 1-Deoxynojirimycin and had high affinity with pancreas amylase and α-glucosidases can strongly inhibit the hydrolyzation of disaccharide,amylase and glycoconjugate and delay the assimilation of glucose and other monosaccharide.As the results of reducing the concentration of sugar were notable,Miglitol is used as new and first chosen therapeutic drugs to treat diabetes 2.The curative effect of Miglitol and other drugs that are used to treat diabetes 2 and the synthetical methods of Miglitol were systemically described in the study.
