摘要
阐述除盐水系统的工艺流程、反渗透膜污染类别、特征及其相对应的化学清洗方法,并通过实例分析查找除盐水系统中,反渗透膜频繁结垢的原因。对系统中可能导致反渗透膜频繁结垢现象发生的因素进行逐一排查,最终得出由于厂内水系统中循环冷却水回流清水池,导致原水污染的原因。采取关闭循环冷却水的回流阀及直接引用市政自来水作为原水的措施,将这一问题解决。
Explained the technology flow of desalted water system,pollution sort and characteristic of the reverse osmosis membrane,with corresponding chymic cleaning method.Through analysis of instance,to find the reason of scale formation of reverse osmosis membrane one by one.Finally found that phenomenon existed because of the back flow of recirculation cooling water＇s side stream.Closed the back flow valve and used the city water for original water for solving the problem.
