正交实验法优选野菊花滴丸的制备工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究制备野菊花滴丸的各种因素,而得到的最佳制备工艺。方法:以药液与基质的配比、滴距、药液温度和冷却液温度作为考察因素,以溶变时限、外观质量和丸重差异作为考察指标,采用正交设计实验优选滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果:以PEG6000为基质,以液体石蜡为冷却液,当基质熔融时,加入野菊花膏粉,制备滴丸时以药物与基质的配比为1:5,滴管口径为2 mm,药液温度为70℃,滴距为7 cm,冷却液的温度是2℃为最佳条件。结论:制备所得的滴丸溶散时限小、外观质量好,丸重差异小,符合滴丸的质量要求,可用于野菊花滴丸制备。 Objective Study of various factors wild chrysanthemum dropping preparation,and got the best preparation process.Methods With solution matrix with the proportion,the drops of distance,solution temperature and cooling fluid temperature as investigation factors to dissolve variable time limit,exterior quality and pills heavy differences as investigation indicators,using orthogonal design experiment selection of prescription and dropping molding process.Results with PEG6000 for matrix,with liquid paraffin wax as coolant,when matrix during melting,add wild chrysanthemum cream powder,dropping to drugs and preparation of the matrix of the mixing ratio of 1,dropper caliber 2 mm,solution temperature for ℃,drop for 70 7 cm distance,the coolant fluid temperature was 2 ℃ for optimum condition.Conclusion Preparation of income,dropping time small scattered soluble appearance of good quality,pill heavy difference is small,comply with the quality requirements,dropping pill can be used in the preparation of wild chrysanthemum.
