摘要
目的探讨疏血通联合低分子肝素钠治疗老年急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法我院2006年来收治82例老年急性下肢深静脉血栓患者,随机分为治疗组42例(采用疏血通联合低分子肝素钠治疗),对照组40例(采用拜阿司匹林肠溶片联合低分子肝素钠治疗),分析临床效果。结果治疗组42例,总有效率为92.50%;对照组40例,总有效率为92.50%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;但对照组治愈率为50%明显低于治疗组的66.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗组与对照组治疗1周、治疗2周,髌上、髌下周径均减小;治疗组与对照组治疗后比较:血浆黏度、还原黏度,差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论疏血通联合低分子肝素钠治疗老年急性下肢深静脉血栓临床疗效确定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the the clinical effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute in deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients.Methods 82 cases of such patients who were treated in our hospital since 2006 were randomly divided into treatment group,42 patients（using Shuxuetong and low molecular weight heparin） and control group,40 patients（using enteric-coated aspirin tablet and low molecular weight heparin）.clinical results were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 92.50%,in control group was 92.50%.There was not significant different between the two groups（P〉0.05）.However,the recovery rate in control group was 50%,that was significantly lower than 66.67% in treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Suprapatellar and infrapatellar perimeter were reduced in both groups neither in one week or two weeks after treatment.After treatment,the plasma viscosity and reduced viscosity were statistically significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method have satisfactory outcome in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients and it might be worthy of clinical application.
