摘要
针对小河沟选煤厂煤泥水系统存在的问题进行了技术改造,增加了浓缩设备,将煤泥直接压滤改造为煤泥浮选+精煤压滤+尾煤浓缩压滤工艺。改造后选煤厂实现了洗水闭路循环和清水洗煤,介耗降低8.94 kg/t,精煤产率提高15.40%,年盈利3300万元,取得了较大的经济效益。
In order to resolve the problems existed in coal slurry processing system of Xiaohegou coal preparation plant, take some technical transformation such as adding concentration equipments, direct press technique is replaced by coal slurry flotation, clean coal press and tailings pressure filtration technique. Realize the closed water circuit and clean water wash coal in washery after transformation, medium consumption is reduced by 8.94 kg/t, clean coal recovery is improved by 15.40% and the plant yearly profit increase 33 million.
