摘要
以耐弱光品种郑单958和不耐弱光品种豫玉22为材料,研究了50%遮荫处理及恢复光照过程中玉米苗期植株地上部生物量、活性氧代谢和抗氧化酶活性的动态变化。结果表明,与正常光照相比,遮荫处理后2品种的地上部生物量和可溶性蛋白含量降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,MDA含量、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量和超氧阴离子(O.2-)产生速率增加。恢复自然光照后,2品种的地上部生物量、MDA、H2O2含量及O.2-产生速率增加,SOD和POD活性先升后降。遮荫处理与恢复光照后豫玉22的膜脂过氧化现象均较郑单958严重,说明由弱光转至正常光照后耐弱光品种郑单958较不耐弱光品种豫玉22更能主动提高其自身的抗氧化酶活性,有效地降低膜脂过氧化程度,进而减轻光逆境对其细胞的伤害。
The dynamic changes of aboveground biomass,reactive oxygen metabolism and anti-oxidative enzyme activities of two maize(Zea mays L.) cultivars,Zhengdan 958(ZD958,shade-tolerance) and Yuyu 22(YY22,shade-sensitive),were investigated under 50% shading treatment and light recovery.The results showed: compared with the control,aboveground biomass and soluble protein content in leaves decreased,SOD and POD activities,MDA and H2O2 content,O2.-production rate of both cultivars increased under 50% shading treatment.After moved seeding from shading to natural light,the aboveground biomass,MDA,H2O2 content and O2.-production rate increased rapidly,the SOD and POD activities of both cultivars increased firstly then decreased,the membrane lipid peroxidation of YY22 was more serious than ZD958.It was indicated that ZD958 could effectively enhance the enzymatic antioxidative system,reduce the membrane lipid peroxidation and alleviate the damage to photosynthetic organization.
