摘要
为观察用 ０５％ 甲硝唑注射液行上颌窦穿刺冲洗后对慢性上颌窦炎的疗效，将慢性上颌窦炎 １０７ 例随机分为 ２ 组，甲组 ５３ 例在常规上颌窦穿刺冲洗后注入 ０５％ 甲硝唑 １０ｍ ｌ，１０ｍ ｉｎ 后再注入庆大霉素 ８×１０４ Ｕ，地塞米松 ５ｍ ｇ，α糜蛋白酶 ４０００ Ｕ；乙组 ５４ 例行常规上颌窦穿刺后不注入 ０５％ 甲硝唑，其它方法相同。每周冲洗１～２ 次，连续冲洗 １～３ 周后，两组对比观察差异有显著性（ Ｐ＜ ００５）。提示用０５％ 甲硝唑行上颌窦穿刺冲洗对慢性上颌窦炎有明显疗效。
One hundred and seven patients with chonic maxillary sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups.One group with 53 cases were treated punctures and irrigated 0.5% metronidazole 10ml,and gentamicin 8×10 4U,dexamethasone 5mg,α chymotrypsin 4000U after 10 mins;the other group with 54 cases were treated in the same way only without 0.5% metronidazole.Irrigating them 1～2 times/week in the period of 1～3 weeks, it is observed that there is significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).It is suggested that injection with 0.5% metronidazole for treating maxillary sinusitis has high effeciency.
