摘要
针对采煤机液压系统故障的复杂性问题，通过有效的知识获取手段，借助专家系统开发工具，建立了采煤机液压故障诊断专家系统：MGH-DBES。介绍了系统开发流程、知识获取、知识推理等。测试表明：系统运行是可靠的，诊断结果是有效的，维修决策是可行的。
By effective means of knowledge acquisition and with the help of the developing instrument of expert system, a fault diagnosis expert system for coal cutter MGH-DBES has bon developed to attack the comlicated problem of hydralic fault of a coal cutter. At the sarn time, the system developing flow,knowedge acquisition, knowedge description method and knowledge inference are introduced too. Tests show that the system is dependable, the diagnosis is effective and the maintaining decision is feasible.
