介绍了复合耐磨材料的特性,发电厂球磨机复合衬板和复合管道的制作工艺,用固-液、液-液、钢-塑和钢-陶瓷浇注法制作的复合耐磨管道的优缺点,以及堆焊制备复合耐磨材料的工艺方法。
The following contents were intruduced,including the characteristics of wear-resistant composite materials,the manufacturing practices of composite ball mill liner and composite pipeline for power plant and the merits and demerits of wear-resistant composite pipelines made by solid-liquid,liquid-liquid,steel-plastics and steel-ceramic pouring procedures as well as surfacing procedures for manufacturing wear-resistant composite materials.
