急性肾功能衰竭患者血清NGAL测定的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)患者血清中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)水平变化及其临床意义。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测80名健康对照者和76例ARF患者治疗前后的血清NGAL水平。结果 ARF患者血清NGAL水平较健康对照者明显增高,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ARF患者治疗后血清NGAL水平较治疗前明显降低,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态检测ARF患者血清NGAL水平变化,对监测ARF病情变化及预后判断有重要价值。
