摘要
在钛基体上利用电沉积技术制备二氧化铅电极,研究了溶液组成与电沉积工艺参数对电极制备的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。采用加速电解寿命测试研究了二氧化铅电极在硫酸溶液中的稳定性,试验表明电极寿命可达35h。用该电极对100mg/L甲基橙的模拟废水处理1h,脱色率可达到95.3%。
Lead dioxide electrode was prepared on Ti substrate by electrodeposition.The effects of electrolyte component and plating parameters on the properties of the lead dioxide electrode were determined,and the optimal process conditions were obtained.The electrochemical stability of the lead dioxide electrode was evaluated in H2SO4 solution by accelerated test.The results show that the service life of the lead dioxide electrode is reached to 35 hours.The lead dioxide electrode was used to the treatment of a simulated waste water containing 100 mg/L methyl orange,and the decolourization ratio is around 95.3 % after electrolyzing for 60 min.
