摘要
简述了我国铁路建设资金现有的筹资方式，介绍了项目融资方式的基本特点。结合山东日照电厂实施项目融资的做法及成效分析，阐述了在我国目前宏观环境下铁路建设实施项目融资的有利条件以及铁路基本行业特征对项目融资的特殊要求，并提出了铁路建设实施项目融资的操作设想。
This paper states briefly the present financing ways used in Chinese railway construction. The basic features of Project finance are introduced. Based on the actual effect analysis of project finance used in Shandong Rizhao EleCtrical POwer Plant, the Paper demonstrates the present advantages in good domestic macro environment and special requirements of railway - transportation industry for project finance. Finally a the suppe operation of project finance is also put forward.
