摘要
医学教育的改革与发展必须与社会的发展相一致，发展社区定向的医学教育，培养全科医生，既符合我国国情又符合国际医学教育潮流。通过对社区定向医学教育产生的背景分析、与传统医学教育的比较、以及根据目前全科医生培养的现状，提出了发展社区定向医学教育的建议，意在探讨如何改革医学教育，使之与有效的卫生服务模式和卫生需求结合起来。
The reform and progress in medical education must be consistent with the social development. The development of community-oriented medical education and the training of general prectitioners tally both with our country's practical condition and the international trend of medical education. Based on the analysis of the background of community-oriented medical education as well as the comparison with the traditional medical education, the current status of the training of general prectitioners, this article puts forward the suggestion on the develpment of community-oriented medical education, aiming at exploring the reform of medical education which is expected to integrate with the effective model of medical service and pulbic health demands.
