摘要
目的 探讨影响神经症疗效的因素。方法 对 ５０ 例神经症及其配偶的问卷调查。结果 患者病程越长、住院次数越多，配偶对其关心程度越下降、态度越不耐烦，则患者的疗效越差。结论 及时诊治、缩短病程及改善夫妻关系是提高神经症疗效的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the factors affecting the prognosis of neurosis . Methods 50 patientsw ith neuroses and their spouses w ere investigated w ith questionnaire. Results The longer courses , them ore tim es of hospitalization and the less cares from their spouses contributed to the w orse progress ofneuroses . Conclusion Tim ely diagnosis and treatm ent, reduction of the course and tim es of hospitalizationand good care from the spouses m ight be effective for im proving the prognosis of neuroses.
