摘要
目的 探讨经腹和经阴道超声诊断早期异位妊娠的价值。方法 对 ７１ 例临床可疑异位妊娠（未破）患者行经腹与阴道超声检查，与临床病理对照。结果 经腹和经阴道超声诊断异位妊娠与临床病理诊断符合率分别为 ９６％ 和 ８２％ 。经卡方检验，差异有显著性（ Ｐ ＜ ０．０５）。结论 经阴道超声确诊早期异位妊娠比经腹部超声具有更重要价值。
Objective To test the value of Trans abdom inaland trans vaginalultrasound diagnoses for earlyectopic pregnancy. M ethods Seventy one cases of ectopic pregnancy w ere scanned w ith trans abdom inalandtrans vaginalultrasound preoperatively. Their diagnoses w ere checked w ith the clinicalpathology. Results The sensitivity of trans abdom inal and trans vaginal ultrasound diagnoses for ectopic pregnancy w as 82%and 96% ,respectively( P < 0.05). Conclusion Trans vaginal ultrasound diagnosis show s higher sensitivityfor early ectopic pregnancy.
