摘要
随着周内外乳业市场的迅猛发展,对乳业新技术的研究也日益深入,在线分析及检测技术、高压加工技术、新型分离技术及溶解二氧化碳技术等新技术在乳业发展中具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了乳制品加工新技术的发展现状及趋势。
With rapid development of dairy market and increasingly deep research on new technology of dairy industry, on-line analysis and measurement technique, high-pressure processing technique, new separation technique and dissolved carbon dioxide technique have wide application in dairy industry. This paper reviews the recent development status and trends of new dairy processing technology.
