摘要
目的探讨老年食管癌术后吻合口漏的发生率、危险因素及相应对策。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年1月至2009年12月收治的468例老年食管癌切除术患者的临床资料,按吻合口漏发生情况分为观察组(吻合口漏组)和对照组(非吻合口漏组),比较两组患者的相关因素,探讨防止吻合口漏发生的对策。结果患者血浆总蛋白、红细胞含量、血红蛋白水平及吻合方法是影响老年食管癌切除术后吻合口漏发生率的重要因素,随着手术技术的发展,食管癌切除术后吻合口漏发生率逐年下降。结论提高手术水平、改善吻合方法、术前对患者进行全身状况的评估可以降低术后吻合口漏的发生率。
Objective Esophageal cancer in elderly patients the incidence of anastomotic leakage,risk factors and countermeasures. Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical date of 468 elderly patients with esophageal cancer who were divided into two groups as observation group (anastomotic leakage group) and control group (non-anastomotic leakage group).The related factors were compared to explore the occurrence of anastomotic leakage prevention measures. Results The plasma total protein, red blood cell levels, hemoglobin levels and the anastomosis after resection of esophageal cancer affecting the elderly the incidence of anastomotic leakage important factors, along with the development of surgical technique,postoperative esophageal anastomotic leakage rate year after year decline. Conclusion To improve the operation level,to improve the anastomosis,preoperative evaluation of patients with systemic conditions can reduce the postoperative incidence of anastomotic leakage.
