摘要
采用一种全新的反相微乳液体系:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵w正丁醇w异辛烷w水,用辣根过氧化物酶催化合成木质素-对甲酚共聚物,讨论了该聚合过程中酶的量浓度,活性剂的量浓度,W0:[H2O]/[CTAB],酚的质量浓度,木质素的质量浓度,醇烃体积比对相对分子量的影响。回归实验数据得到控制相对分子量大小的关联式,平均偏差为8.7%
A new reverse microemulsion system is applied: CTAB\n butanol\isooctane\water to catalyze coploymerization of lignin and P cresol. The factors which influence molecular weight are investigated, including enzyme concentration, surfactant concentration, ratio of n butanol to isooctane, substrate concentration. The correlation is regressed by a non linear method in which the mean deviation of the prediction is 8 7%.
