摘要
在高浓度区工作曲线发生反转被视为塞曼原子吸收光谱分析法一特有的缺点,当发生反转时,出现了双值问题,即同一吸光度值与两个不同的浓度值相对应。无疑为分析结果造成混乱,有人研究了这方面的报警技术。Z5100型仪带有类似的报警装置。
In this high concentration range the roll of the analytical curves is a substantial disadvantage of ZAAS method. The Model Zeeman/5100 AAS (produced by Perkin-Elmer in 1986) have an automatic roll detection system.We study the process of the occurrence that the double peaks of profile of atomic absorption signal is produced in the process of atomization, and the mode of peak height measurement and the integration of the peak are The paper shows that the roll of the analytical curves is not occurred with the measurement of peak height or peak area. The conclusion is coincidence with the experimental data.
