益肺化饮颗粒治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘理论研究 被引量:10

摘要 儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的中医病名是肺咳、咳嗽上气,基本病机是肺寒与痰饮内伏两寒相感而气逆,针对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的基本病机,确立益肺化饮法揭示其机制。根据临床经验和治法选药组方,研制出了益肺化饮颗粒,用于治疗肺寒痰饮内伏型儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,为临床治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘提供新制剂。
