输卵管妊娠发病分子机制的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 胚胎在输卵管的生理活动受众多生物活性物质的调节。输卵管上皮、胚胎的生物活性物质表达异常,以及输卵管管腔微环境异常,可导致胚胎错误种植于输卵管上皮。输卵管、胚胎和管腔微环境在分子水平通过各种生物活性物质相互关联形成特定的复杂网络,该网络发生紊乱或被破坏,构成输卵管妊娠发病的分子基础。
