摘要
根据可靠性原理和模糊数学理论,按照优化设计方法,建立了直齿锥齿轮传动模糊可靠性优化设计数学模型.采用惩罚函数法对给出的实例进行了优化设计,设计结果表明:利用本文提出的优化设计方法比传统设计方法得到的目标函数值有较大下降.
On the basis of the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the principle of reliability, according to the optimal design method,this paper built a mathematical model of fuzzy reliability optimization design for straight bevel gear drive.The Penalty Function Method was used to solve a practical example.The design result showed that the objective function value was more heavily reduced by the use of the optimal design method than by the use of the traditional method.
