摘要
样品溶液经超声雾化并去溶后引入MHP进行AES测定,由于使用了冷凝与浓H_2SO_4吸收相结合的去溶方法,较有效地防止了水蒸汽进入等离子体,从而改善了MIPAES的检测能力,测定Ag、Al、Ba、Cd、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mo、Ni、Pb、和Zn的检出限分别为1.0、43、3.0、0.12、2.0、19、0.5、6.6、36、9.5和0.5ng/ml。
Aqueous sample solutions were nebulized by an ultrasonic nebulizer and the solvent was removed by a desolvation facility before introduction of the aerosol into the MIP. The desolvation system consists of a condenser associated with a concentrated H_2SO_4 absorption cell. The water was removed completely with the desolvation system. The detectability of MIP was improved. The detection limits for Ag、 Al、Ba、Cd、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Pb、and Zn were 1.0、43、3.0、0.12、2.0、 19、0.5、6.5、35、9.5 and 0.5ng/ml, respectively.
