摘要
由于大型旋转机械升降速过程产生振动的复杂多样性,对其进行监测能获得较平稳的运行及更多的机组状态信息,并能更早地获知机组运行状态。本文将隐M arkov 模型(Hidden M arkov M odels,简称HMM )引入大型旋转机械升降速过程故障诊断的研究中,利用HMM 刻划升降速过程中的振动变化特征。实验证明应用HMM 能较好、较早地达到机组故障诊断目的。
The monitoring message of large rotating machinery up and down speeding process is more than its stable process because its vibrational complexity and diversity, and in this process the machinery operating state can be obtained earlier. The paper applies Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to fault diagnosis of large rotating machinery in up and down speeding process. The varying features of vibration in this process is described through HMM. The experiments prove that HMM can diagnose machinery faults earlier and better.
