摘要
学生管理是学校管理十分重要的组成部分,它与教学管理一起构成了学校管理的核心。时代的发展给中专学生的管理工作带来了机遇和挑战。本文首先反思了新形势下中专学生管理中存在的问题,初步探讨了学生管理工作的方式方法,提出了中专学生管理的创新思路。
Student management is very important in school management component,which together constitute the management and teaching the core of school management.The development of the times the management of secondary school students with opportunities and challenges,this paper reflect the new situation,college student management problems,to discuss ways and means of student management,student management presented the work of secondary innovative ideas.
