摘要
借鉴并运用相关指标体系,从低碳产出、低碳资源、低碳消费和低碳政策四方面对海南低碳经济发展状况进行了综合评价与详尽分析,并得出海南低碳经济发展状况的结论:海南具有生态环境优势,但在能源利用效率、低碳技术等方面还比较落后,正处于低碳经济发展起步阶段。
Based on the reference and application of the relevant index systems, the author conducts a comprehensive evaluation and detailed analysis of the development of Hainan＇ s low - carbon economy from the following perspectives： low - carbon output, low - carbon resources, low - carbon consumption, and low -carbon policy. In conclusion, Hainan possesses an advantage in ecological environment, but is still back- ward in terms of efficiency of using recourses and low - carbon technologies. Hainan is still in its infant of developing low - carbon economy.
