桃红四物汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛30例的疗效观察与护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察在常规抗心绞痛治疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤联合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为两组。对照组26例采用硝酸甘油静脉滴注,倍他乐克、阿司匹林、奥扎格雷口服等常规抗心绞痛治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用桃红四物汤。观察两组患者在治疗4周后心绞痛的临床症状、发作频次、持续时间和血脂变化情况、硝酸甘油用量并进行比较。结果治疗组与对照组在心绞痛症状改善、发作频次、持续时间以及血脂变化、硝酸甘油用量方面有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论在常规抗心绞痛治疗基础上加用桃红四物汤加减,可减少冠状动脉性心脏病患者的心绞痛发作频率并改善症状,临床疗效满意。
