摘要
采用薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法和气-质联用方法分析硫化胶中促进剂CZ的残留物,研究配合剂、硫化胶存放时间和硫化温度对促进剂残留物分析的影响,并通过对轮胎胎面胶的分析进行验证。结果表明,配合剂极性越大,硫化胶存放时间越长,硫化温度越高,硫化胶中能检测到的促进剂CZ残留物越少。
The residual accelerator CZ in the vulcanizates was analyzed with TLC,HPLC and GC/MS,the influence of ingredient,resting period of vulcanizates and curing temperature on the residual level of accelerator CZ was investigated,and verified by analyzing the tread compound.The results showed that,higher polarity of ingredient,longer resting period of vulcanizates,and higher curing temperature led to less residual accelerator CZ.
