摘要
本文给出了固体相交时光热位移信号的理论模型，提出了用迈克尔逊干涉装置检测固体相变的测量方案，并进行了分析.
This paper proposes theoretical model which accounts for the photothermal displcement signal al phase transitions in solids and presents a designed experimental schematic for the photothermal displacement measurement by using Michelson interferometer.
